Prior Authorization
According to a 2018 survey done by the American Medical Association:
• 86% of practices see pre-authorization as a burden
• On average, physicians complete 31 PAs per week
• Staff or providers spend two business days per week on PAs
IPDM will provide medically trained staff to obtain prior authorization for your practice or hospital. This will allow the healthcare provider to focus on care and revenue generation rather than spending valuable days working with insurers.
